BIM modeling, training & support for OpenBuildings, MicroStation and ProjectWise

We work only in the Bentley ecosystem: OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) for 3D BIM modeling, MicroStation for 2D drafting and drawing production, and ProjectWise for document control and collaboration. We model, produce drawings, set up ProjectWise, train teams and provide on-call support in all three.

Existing condition modeling and scan-to-BIM, proposed design modeling, drawing production in MicroStation, construction and as-built models, clash detection and coordination, and 4D construction simulation. On the consulting side, we set up ProjectWise and managed workspaces, build catalogs, libraries and cells, and support BIM management and BIM Execution Plans.

We model structural and architectural work in OpenBuildings Designer, with structural as our core strength. Our training covers structural, architectural and MEP modeling, plus existing conditions and reality modeling.

Yes. We take on existing condition modeling, proposed design modeling and drawing production when a package peaks, then carry the same model through construction to the as-built record. We work inside your ProjectWise and to your CAD standard, so your team can pick the files up at any point.
